Crappie
Lake Weiss is known as the "Crappie Capital
of the World", large quantities of these feisty fish are caught
during the spring (Feb - June) and fall (Sept - Nov), sizes range 10
inch and up. With three different species in the lake, you can
expect a day filled with action.

Striper
Striper's are a large fish belonging to the
Bass family, ranging between 4 to 50 lb's - with the average fish
weighing in at around 8lb's. These fish are most active during late
winter (Jan - Feb) and early summer (May - June) and can be caught
using a variety of techniques.
